Hypnosis is one of the best ways to do stress management. Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind where brainwave patterns are slowed down to almost a sleep-like trance. Through the induction of a hypnotic trance into the beta-brainwave state, it is possible to modify behaviours and patterns. It is in this state that the subconscious mind becomes accessible.

We all live through some very busy and stressful events from time to time. Some people are able to deal with their stress effectively, but some need a little outside help. Others get stuck in a rut of going from one stress to another.

Hypnotherapy for Stress Management will help you find the calm within yourself so that you may move through your days with calm and ease.

This therapy consists of TWO hypnotherapy sessions of 1 hour each. Consultation, counselling and feedback included.

For best results, sessions need to be booked at least 7 days apart.
