My Mission
I am on a mission to shift the global consciousness, one person at a time.
I want my clients to know that all feelings are valid and it is OK to hurt. It is also OK to get help. I show my clients respect and I allow them to be vulnerable by holding space. I help them to understand why they are in pain so they can find the answers that help them heal.

Reiki Master & Hypnotherapist
I am both a Reiki and Karuna Ki Reiki Master, and am currently undergoing the Lightarian Reiki attunement process. With a keen interest in Colour Therapy and Colour Psychology, I apply the combined methods of energy healing and colour to your system.
I am also a trained hypnotherapist and integrate my hypnotherapy skills with my reiki sessions.
My hypnotherapy training has also lead me to train as a Past Life Regression therapist, using the traditonal method of deep hypnosis. This is the preferred method for many clients, as it brings the reality of the experience much closer.
My passion for teaching has encouraged me to develop various workshops on subjects ranging from Mindfulness Meditation to Faeries and Elemental Beings and I am continuously upgrading my knowledge and skills on these and other subjects.
My Approach
Each person requires a different approach. Sometimes each session requires a new approach.
I do apply certain principles throughout the process, though. Asking questions and allowing my client to talk while I listen intently, is of utmost importance. By doing so, I listen for underlying clues and suggestions that could help reveal what is not always so obvious.
When I have gathered enough data from my client, I will then offer opinions, suggestions and exercises: for Reiki clients I sometimes prescribe lifestyle adjustments, while a counselling client might need to consider a hypnosis session. A hypnosis client might also receive a Reiki session – it all depends on the time, the place and the issue.

I believe no one person’s journey is identical to another, despite similarities. I do not interfere with your path but will apply the necessary tools to help you find more clarity on your journey.
Honesty
In order for healing to take place, I create a space where honesty is of the essence. At times I will be brutally honest when offering observations, to help you develop a different perspective.
Trust
I trust others implicitly: that each person is doing the best they can with what they have; that nothing they do or say is about me, but rather is a reflection of their own inner struggles.

A reiki session with Nico is probably the best gift you could give yourself. His reiki is gentle yet thorough and I usually doze off while he’s working his magic. He has a professional yet caring demeanor and will immediately put you at ease. He is sensitive to the needs of your body, and subtly heals areas that need work. Although you might feel drowsy after your session, you will feel refreshed and empowered as well. Do yourself a favour and book a session as soon as you possibly can.

The experience that I had with Indigo Spirit was nothing short of phenomenal!
Admittedly, I was very sceptical about the worldwide phenomena/ popularity with Reiki and its practice. Working “hands-on” with someone’s energy to allow energy to flow optimally seemed a bit far fetched for my small, rational mind to comprehend. This thought, however, did not last long. I was blown-away by the amount of detail that Nico puts into his practice and how professional the environment felt.

I thought it was great and really liked it was broken into bite size pieces and enjoyed the activations as well.
I went to Nico for one of his Past Life Regression therapy sessions and I found it to be a very enlightening and eye-opening experience. I felt it helped me to see things about two of my past lives which could be influencing the way I act, think and believe in this current life, which I found most interesting indeed.
Nico is a highly intuitive empath and a great spiritual healer and he guides these sessions in a very effective way, where there is also no need for fear.
I would recommend this therapy for anyone looking to get to know themselves better and explore a little deeper.

I was looking for something different from the usual chakra course and took a risk on this new course working with 12 chakras. Nico Redelinghuys based this course on a workshop in which he had his chakras activated. It had a profound effect. He has worked on his own excellent version. As Nico explains by working with the chakras off the body it helps to expand one’s energy field and awareness. There is a unique activation for each chakra and additional materials. It is well put together and clear. I found it enjoyable learning new information about each of the chakras. I suggest reading the materials/resources, and looking at the video before actually doing the activation along with Nico. At the end you will be work with all 12 chakras in one sitting and it won’t take long. I also enjoyed the little assignments. I look forward to continuing to work with the 12 chakras and seeing where it leads me.
Nico is a complete natural. He is empathetic and caring making his clients feel at ease and giving them the confidence that he has their best interest at heart. I worked alongside Nico for many years and have the highest respect for this incredible and talented man. From healing, meditations and vast knowledge of crystals, aromatherapy oils (wide range of fantastic skin care products)just to name a few. You can rest assured you are in good, very capable hands.
