As we continue our journey through the Fifth-Dimensional Ascension Chakras, we move upward from the grounding stability of the Base Chakra into the flowing, creative waters of the Sacral Chakra — a centre of joy, sensuality, and divine emotional expression.
In her book 2012 and Beyond, Diana Cooper describes this chakra as “luminous pale pink” and reminds us that when it awakens at a fifth-dimensional level, “you are no longer sending out demands or neediness but are radiating higher, confident, loving energy.”

Location and Traditional Role
The Sacral Chakra lies just below your navel, slightly above the Base Chakra. Traditionally, it is associated with the colour orange and the element of water, symbolising emotional flow, adaptability, and creative life force. In its third-dimensional aspect, this chakra governs pleasure, sensuality, and the way we relate to others. When balanced, it allows us to enjoy life fully — to dance, create, and love with openness and joy. In the fifth dimension, the Sacral Chakra shifts from orange to a luminous pale pink hue — a gentle glow that represents the evolution from desire to transcendent love.
At this frequency, the Sacral Chakra no longer seeks love or validation from others. Instead, it becomes a radiant fountain of divine tenderness flowing outward from the soul. Relationships change as we release old patterns of neediness and emotional dependency. We begin to embody confidence, compassion, and loving strength, allowing our connections to be based on freedom and mutual respect.
This is the realm of higher emotional mastery, where love is not something we pursue — it is something we are.
The Divine Pink Ray and Its Healing Essence
The Divine Pink Ray carries the frequency of unconditional love, compassion, and forgiveness. It harmonises the emotional body, softens fear, and restores balance where there has been pain or resistance.
Working with the Pink Ray helps us express love through grace and tenderness rather than through control or expectation. It heals past wounds of intimacy and opens us to the joy of co-creating with others in a state of purity and emotional integrity.
At this level, sexuality becomes sacred — not merely physical, but a spiritual exchange of divine energy. It is the merging of souls in mutual reverence, a reflection of the Creator’s love flowing through human form.

Archangel Gabriel — who also oversees the Base Chakra — continues to guide us here. Gabriel’s silver-white light brings emotional clarity and purification, helping us express truth through love and creativity.
The element of water, in its fifth-dimensional crystalline form, symbolises emotional transparency and fluidity. It reminds us to flow with life rather than resist it.
You may also feel drawn to the dolphins, whose joyful, telepathic consciousness reflects the divine qualities of play, trust, and emotional harmony. They, too, carry the wisdom of higher-dimensional communication through sound and frequency.
